Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed through the weekend and delivery times take effect after your order has been processed and dispatched.

UK Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (2-4 working days) - £8-£15 (depending on total order weight).

EU, USA, Rest of the world- coming soon

Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems.

Lost Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we are happy to provide a replacement or full refund. However, once there is proof of delivery, we can no longer be held responsible.

Returns

In the unlikely event your item is damaged in transit, we do provide exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, email us at jojo@adeangles.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your package with evidence of damage and then return the damaged item to us. Once the item is received, we will send you a replacement and refund the shipping cost of your return.
